DESCRIPTION:Julie Bawden-Davis will make a presentation on March 8 on Heirloom Tomatoes\, and she will offer her books\, plants and fertilizers for sale after the meeting. \nJulie is a best-selling garden author and master gardener\, who has written more than 2\,500 gardening articles since 1985 for a variety of publications\, such as Better Homes & Gardens\, Family Circle\, Parents\, The Los Angeles Times\, The San Francisco Chronicle\, The American Gardener\, Organic Gardening\, and Wildflower. She is also a weekly gardening columnist with Parade.com\, and founder and publisher of HealthyHouseplants.com. \nShe is the author of 10 gardening books\, including the bestseller Fairy Gardening: Creating Your Own Magical Miniature Garden and Indoor Gardening the Organic Way: How to Create a Natural and Sustaining Environment for Your Houseplants.
