Gardening 101: Supporting Back Yard Wildlife, April 2026
The final class in our Gardening 101 series on Supporting Back Yard Wildlife was held following our April General Meeting. The Gardening 101 series is led by our own UC Master Gardeners.
Historic Modjeska House, March 2026
A five-gabled white house, the century-old home of world renowned actress Madame Helena Modjeska is tucked away amidst a live oak grove on the banks of Santiago Creek. Named for the grounds’ resemblance to the Forest of Arden in the Shakespearean play, “As You Like It,” Arden is designated a National Historic Landmark.

The Laguna Beach Garden Club presented the Orange Coast College Horticulture Department with a $1,500 grant to provide supplies and tools for their 90 garden plots used in their education programs.
