The Laguna Beach Garden Club and UC Master Gardeners of Orange County are once again partnering to inspire Laguna Beach Garden Club members to grow their knowledge. Gardening 101 is an interactive, in-person educational series presented after our monthly General Meetings.
At our final general meeting for the 2025-2026 season speaker Dennis Desjardin, PhD, American mycologist shared many fascinating facts about mushrooms.
On Saturday, May 2nd we held our annual Laguna Beach Gate & Garden Tour, our major fundraiser to support educational school gardens, local scholarships and community projects.
The final class in our Gardening 101 series on Supporting Back Yard Wildlife was held following our April General Meeting. The Gardening 101 series is led by our own UC Master Gardeners.
On a Wednesday of beautiful fall sunlight, twenty-five Daytrippers made the 90-plus minute drive to the Getty Center. For some of our club members, it was the first time visiting, and for others, it remains a favorite destination.

The January T&T kick-started 2025 with an enthusiastic and curious crowd of 34 day-trippers touring The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano.
Did you know.... that on April 23rd, on behalf of the Laguna Beach Garden Club and the Laguna Beach County Water District the city of Laguna Beach proclaimed the first Saturday of May (our tour day!) to be Laguna Beach Bee Day.
