On Sunday November 3rd, 2024 Susan South, our Director of Ways & Means, once again graciously opened her gorgeous Woods Cove garden to club members.

On a warm and beautiful October day, thirteen club members had an excellent time perusing and shopping five distinctly different nurseries in norther San Diego County.
We opened the garden club year with a local Trip & Tour destination where Garden Club day trippers channeled mountain goats as we toured the terraced grounds and home of Hortense Miller.
On Saturday, June 22, 2024, Monical Thompson, our Recording Secretary, graciously invited club members to view her beautiful garden resplendent with fruit trees, vegetable beds, wildlife, and beautiful landscaping!
The 34th annual Southern California Spring Garden Show at South Coast Plaza was our last Trip and Tour of the garden club year. A small group of us gathered on April 25 to marvel and draw inspiration from the Fleurs de Villes exhibit of mannequins dressed in lavish, fresh floral ensembles.

On Monday March 11, 2024 over 100 people came together to celebrate the mural coming to life in their community. The symbolism of the connectedness of the hive and caring for each other above individual concern was clearly on display.
On Thursday, March 7th, 2024, the community gathered for the Seventh Annual City of Laguna Beach Arbor Day Celebration at Boat Canyon Park.
On February 16th the Laguna Beach Garden Club and the Laguna Beach Water District hosted a special event to kickoff the installation of the Matt Willey Good of the Hive® Mural
